Cancellations and Refunds
DEFINITION
The following conditions only apply to :

Training courses listed on our website
-
Training courses purchased on our website
-
Training courses that take place online
In all other cases, the terms and conditions agreed between the buyer and Klaratech apply.
CANCELLATION BY KLARATECH
Klaratech reserves the right to cancel a course

When the number of applicant are less than the minimum previously agreed.

When unforeseen circumstances prevent the trainer(s) from teaching the course for reasons beyond Klaratech's control, including but not limited to sickness, fires, computer or telecommunications systems failures, natural disasters, strikes, slowdowns, lockouts, epidemics, war, riot, civil disturbances, terrorist acts, government regulations or restrictions of any and all kinds, power failures, accidents, explosions, or other causes of like or different character beyond KLARATECH's control.
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
An order can only be cancelled :

Up to 14 days before the start of the course.

Cancellation can be done per person, if multiple participants for the same company applied.
In case of a cancellation and after receiving consent from the customer, Klaratech will :

Either issue a refund, or
-
Allow the customer to participate in a later session.

REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATIONS BY KLARATECH
Amounts paid will be refunded upon cancellation by Klaratech without a cancellation fee.

REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
A 4% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover transaction costs, exchange fees and administrative costs.
Klaratech reserves the right to deviate from these conditions and may apply conditions that are more beneficial to the customer.
